We double checked and you are eligible so keep an eye on your inbox for your e-mail, due to the volume of participants I wouldn't be able to give you a reasonable ETA on when that would be.

Thats not the point. The point is according to the reciepts they meet the qualifications.

When they bought, it said they subscribed. Then support told them they never subscribed so no go an beta. But accoring to that they did.

I guess my point really isn't to gloat about being first, or say they don't deserve to play. I understand how the circumstances those people are in could cause a hang up in being accepted into beta, but why the heck am I having problems, or maybe i'm not and it's a time zone thing or something.

A lot of people who have paid hundreds to SOE are having problems. This is what happens when you try to get every veteran into beta on one day. Have patience we should all be in by the end of this week. I will be astonished if I get in by tonight.

Yeah I know you were not trying to gloat. Alot of frustration here today. lol I guess it kinda goes with the beta thing.

Battlefield 3's beta had just as rocky a start.

But yeah i think people are just frustrated and taking it out on eachother. I do apologize for kinda lashing at you in that last comment. No hard feelings? I think this game is just so badass that its making us all a bit hostile. lol

Well there still be hope for me yet.... guy who responded to my support ticket says he has flagged my account, but what always worries me was it is obviously a copy and pasted answer as previous posters above me pasted the exact same response!

other than that i find the lack of firm information the most challenging, i can deal with not being invited but sitting and waiting is something i cant deal with.

Dont be to quick to judge, just cause i posted a receipt from last month doesn't mean im not a true vet. I was as PS1 at launch, my email and account is long gone though

I was not judging, I absolutely think you should be in, I was just expressing my elevated lvl of frustration, not even frustration, disappointment, I left work early today and have had tomorrow of since the smedly tweet about the 20th. On top of that my girlfriend is out of town for 2 more weeks which means I am out of two wonderful things that start with a "P"

Pretty sure you WILL get access... but it's this exact status that their auto-flagger missed.

A few posts up another SOE rep said they're working on a fix for missed PS1 vet flags

that means we can stop giving their support a living hell and trust that they will automate the entire thing ?
