FLCL is the best anime ever. That's all I have to say. Oh, except for that the entire plot is basically explained in the last two episodes, so if you've missed the first four, you can relax.

I am not so sure about that. The best two anime shows I have ever seen are Cowboy Bebop and FLCL and they have both made it to American television.

Is Jin-Roh worth taking a look at? I've heard it's really cool but I can't get it fansubbed and I'm not yet ready to pay for it.

FLCL only has 6 episodes, so I suppose it is really a cheap series to buy, 2 episodes a DVD, 3 DVDs ...yeah..that kinda beats the others, like ruroni kenshin or kodomo no omocha (which both have over 100 episodes)

I think kodomo no omocha is pretty funny..or should I say bizzare? I dunno..It's not licensed in the US yet sooOOoOoOo you'll have to find fansubs or something like that.

Di Gi Charat is pretty funny too, 16 or so 3 minute episodes of pure, strange comedy.

Jin-Roh is good... but kinda like Art film good, not Wow let's watch it with friends good.

Woulda liked it better had they followed the Manga... sigh

Ninja Scroll is kinda Fan Boi ish for me... Still good, but it's not good enough to be so many peoples fav... the Tv serries is pretty good.

As to new stuff. Here's a break down from someone who spends WAY too much time D/L anime.

Samurai Deeper Kyo... Good, fun, sorta the Heir aparent to Kenshin, but not as good, and doesn't work around the Fight of the week feel.

Noir... Been a fan for a long time, and whenever those chicks start killing folk, it's fun... sometimes waiting for the killing to start get a bit long!

GUU... If you go get a single fan subbed tittle this gotta be it. Guu rocks! (may have to be as twisted as me to get all the jokes!)

Initial D.. groovy, if you like cars you'll like it, I also enjoyed X-D

MAcross. I've been a fan forever... I searched for months for a copy of Do You Remember Love and was excited when I got it (just to watch Hikaru bitch slap MinMei) I bought all of Macross 2 just waiting for it to get better. I was at the American Premier of Macross plus (anime Expo 93) I watched all of Macross 7 just for the story, though I hated the CONSTANT reuse of footage... and I can say that so far Macross zero is owning them all.

initial-D..I got one DVD of that..

The animation (besides the computer animated car races) was that of speed racer... I bought it from an anime island at a mall and the guy kept saying "this is not bootleg" sure enough, it was bootleg, lol. I dunno I prefer anime with very detailed art. Anime like X, hellsing, cowboy bebop, etc. I watch everything anime though (excluding digimon/pokemon/anythinginvolvingkidscontrolinglittlemonsters.

hey digimon hey digimon champion of the digital world!.....yea....we could tell you watch all anime, look at your sig, but i like CCS too, but uncut, that anime is screwed up, like the guy, lee or something likes the same guy that sakura likes, and madison always films sakura to watch sakura alone in her room, yea.....or so ive heard....well, mabey not screwed up, there is definatly weirder anime out there, on second thought, dosent CCS have to do with capturing monsters?
