Do most of you guys in the Lounge even play?

And I've been here since Dec., and never made it into Beta......

You will find that 90% of people on the OF say they are leaving but never do. Sure it isnt as high population as in beta when it was free. But it's better now becaues of the facil benifits, etc. THe balance pass also made this game much better for me. Even I was skeptical about it for a time, but I am re-sold again with the BP

I like it. But with CC out i dont have much money. My comp sucks bad its not even fun playing in the core. I need a better comp, then i will play it. Its just not as fun because of the framerate issues my comp has. I play it at my friends house who has a better comp. Plus im playing battlefield 1942 and am running a clan, takes up some time.

Yar i play, and have seen many a person stop becuase they want to "win". So one of my solutions was to create a server where it is up for 24 hours, and at the end of the 24, they count everything up, rank the players, bases kills and award a winning empire, players and all that jazz. Then they take down the server, put up the winners and still charge a monthly fee.

But honestly, i looked forward to this game for a long time, and everyday i sitll look forward to playing it, even though i can usually onlyfit it in every couple of days.

There is a very stable playerbase on Emerald. I do not know about the other servers but it seems that Emerald and Werner have the best. Get a good outfit, get teamspeak and play with Hamma's CDL buddies and see how u like it, they make things interesting.

Ok then. gonna give it another shot. downloaded the free 7 day trial last night, but still need to patch up. We shall indeed see.

I had a blast with planetside, but once I hit br 20 and all my friends left, it got boring.

[RANT]How the fuck did it fall short? Because it didnt have enough content? Content my ass, there were many different vehicles, continents (which all varied greatly) and styles of play. This game didnt fall short, it pwned severly.

Theres always the person who goes against everywhere, and joins a fansite to insult the game ex: "wow i cant wait for this game to come out; this game better be good!" It comes out "This game fell short, id rather play the snes."

The battles were amazing, and the feel of being in a real war was there. Ive never played more than 2 months on a game except: PSO, FF8, and Xenogears. Those are 3 of my top 10 games.

In conclusion: If you dont like the game, tell it to other people, this is a FANSITE, and people posting here, especially people in the General Discussion area, dont wanna hear that shit.[/RANT]

EDIT: This was not directed at anyone inparticular, but to everyone that falls under this catagory. Its fine you dont like the game and its fine your still posting here, but insulting the game HERE is stupid.
