What is wrong with you people who say they like the ps2 controller? That thing is microscopic. I have dificulty playing ps2 games because my hand hurts after trying to grip it. The orignal xbox controller is my favorite. I still use it over the smaller ones. I have massive hands and that thing is practicly designed to fit my hand.

^^^ PS2 controller feels like it was designed for a ten year old girl to me.

Worst console was definently the Sega Saturn imho. It had a couple decent games but it died off unbelievably fast.

The reason why many people like GC over maybe xbox and ps2 is for their unique games and characters. Seriously you look around at everything, yes theres some games for several systems that stand out, but even so half those games are playable on every other system. Practicly all the games on GC are only on the GC. you wont find Mario anywhere else, Zelda, Metriod. Those games are classic, yes maybe little kids like them more because they are colorful, but common, you have to say they entertaining. And for those who said LoZ:WW was kiddie, have you played it, i say its one of the best games to make. Take a look at it, dont make conclusions.

I can say to PS2 that all your games are the same, they're all racing, shooting, army games. Maybe some unique ones, otherwise they all are the same. If i bought it all i would really get is GTASA, Grand Turismo, Jak3, and maybe Tribes Ariel Assault (i enjoyed that game...)

Xbox.....eh, you got good games, most your games though can be played on the PS2. Better graphics here tho.....

There are 2 PS2s and 2 (well 3 currently but it's my friend's) XBoxes in my house. I personly own one of each (PS2 & XBox). I don't own a Game Cube cause non of the games are worth it to me. But if there was some I'd save up and buy it to. Sure there are many games that come out to all systems too.

I guess my point is that each system has their own Pros and Cons. And the way I get around them is to dump every penny I have into them.

Man I'm a loser. I need to get out more, but first I need to beat GTA:SA, Halo 2, Steal Battilion, and then buy the new Metal Gear game.

What the FUCK (I usually don't curse, but this has really pissed me off) difference does this MAKE? What's the point of video games? To entertain us and have fun! Oh, do you feel "cooler" or more "mature" because you're playing games sprayed with violence. Best example I can think of right now is PS1 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and N64 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. The N64 version of the game took out the blood, and got a lot of flak for it, but at the end of the day, what difference did it make? ZERO.



I really don't see what's wrong with the controller. It's not the best for FPS's (although Metroid Prime managed to create a pretty good control scheme with it), but for any genre besides that, it's brilliant.



Because as we all know, DVD Players and CD Players are rare commodities. I'll give you this one anyways.



Oh, and I guess the XBox has every game under the sun, huh? I bet you I could name more good, EXCLUSIVE (THAT WORD IS IMPORTANT) games for the GameCube than you could for the XBox.

You lose, GC sucks.

EDIT: I like the feel of the old school xbox controller, its just that im used to the smalll ones caues i didnt get an xbox till last year or was it the year before? and the small one's button arrangment is a TAD bit more comfortable, but the overall feel of the big one makes it better to me.
