I'd be interested in playing a medic and seeing what they're capable of. But I'll also enjoy a bit of grunting now and then. |

I've always liked lone wolfing it in a Lightning or aircav, I think the first thing I'll do is spec out my Lightning. Other than that I'll probably focus on engineering, and also Prowler.
Never did like the indoor infantry fighting much, but now that it's not meat grinder hallways filled with Maelstrom spam anymore maybe that will change. |

Infantry medic / anti tank
In my mindset snipers are just a bunch of scared children that want to stay away from a fight and pick off the people standing still and Tanks are big metal coffins that say shoot me. Last edited by bigcracker; 2012-06-05 at 09:02 AM. |

My play style usually revolved around troop support, sniping, and close air support (though I never picked up a reaver... I just thought it was always too slow, haha). In PS2, I'm probably going to be rocking light infantry with whatever the most powerful rifle I could use or sidegrade one to more damage per shot (happily giving up rate of fire), maybe some infiltrator for my sniping addictions, spec'ing out my mossie for close air support (think A-10 warthog style close air support ^^), and if they're bringing back the AMS, I'll be driving one of those around as well, haha. |

Only FPS I play is BF3 and I use semi-auto sniper rifle(M39 EMR) with RDS Scope and focus on mid to long range. My playstyle is very campy, but I get ~5 KD like that (in TDM) and it's the only way I have fun in that game. I have no idea how it will turn out to be in Planetside, but I'll definitely focus on infiltrator and sniping.

I'm looking forward to exploring the line-busting potential of a Sunderer full of squaddies. Hopefully, at the head of a column of Vanguards.
From there, I'm all about hopping out and providing constructable cover and a turret-defended fallback position to defend our turf. |

If there is a regen implant I will most likely play the same as I did in PS1, 100% Grunt. I'll use the HA class with AV for MAXes and the biggest gun I can pair with it. So I will be Rexo/AV/Big gun/Engy(auto repair shields)/Medic(regen implant)/Air Cav for fast travel(Rexos can fly atm).
Might use Light Assault if MAXes are squishier this time around tho. |

Well, the things i'm interested in are...
First Place: Medic. I love playing support, I'm not the world's greatest marksman and I like to help the many to succeed where the one would surely fall. Second Place: Heavy Assault. Sometimes though I like to take my underdevelopped skills and wade in the thick of the action, shoulder to shoulder, grinding meat. Third Place: Prowler Tank. When the oppertunity calls for it, I like to play gunner or even driver and my favorite tank is the Prowler, even when I played VS on PS1. Fourth Place: Engineer. When there are large outdoor battles I tend to put on my engi suit and run around offering repair services to vehicles and troopers/Maxxes. And the deployables are fun to use as well There, that sums it up nicely I think.

Well....
A Lightning driver! I like to flank during the big vehicle battles, sometimes drive through the middle and get the bad guys to turn their guns inwards, then our prowlers come by and smoke them all. It's also a lot of fun to drive into troops trying to hide against trees, then backup a bit and get them. Once the battle lines are drawn and it's time to take/defend a base, I go engineer. |
