As I said in a post yesterday, it's a credit to the team and SOE to be getting this recognition from sites that didn't take the game seriously before hand and not having a title legacy like Halo or Tomb Raider that draws attention.

This is awesome, congratulation devs!! I am really glad to see the game get some recognition. You guys have made a truly awe inspiring game and I can't wait to get in there and create new memories with PS2.

Gameinformer XPlay GameSpy IGN I doubt PS2 will get any winning place in any of the sites. Except for maybe gameinformer. Though, IMO, outside nominee buzz, PCGamer E3 recap issue WILL put the game at top 3 for sure. PCG crew were always good fans of the game and I actually praise PCGamer, because thanks to them and ONLY them I found out about the Original PS back in the day. The review I read changed the way I saw computer gaming back than. |

seems like a few of the sites were slow to get around to PS2 but I just noticed some new articles on Gameinformer and some other sites. Wonder if it will make the next magazine.
Good luck SOE hope you guys take em all home! maybe even get some more people to notice PC gaming... |
