Hmm i play NC and imho balancing isnt the biggest problem with PS2. [though admittedly we always have least amount of players on server]
First thing we need imo is to make some adjustments so that attacking and defending bases would be equally as effective and revarding for both sides. |

Vanu do have the most flexible stock tank, but I would argue the Vanguard, with its god damn shield with two equally skilled combatants that vanguard will win 9 times out of 10.
Seriously NC it isnt that hard to press F and point the front of your tank at the Magrider. |

Mag has no additional armour and a vangaurd can rotate its base faster then a lvl 3 combat chasis mag can strafe it. To actually get behind a vangaurd who is switched on, a mag has to magburn exposing his flank, by the time the mag is behind the vangaurd he has time to get one shot off before that tasty tasty tasty rear has turned away, and its just flank for days until the magburn recharges.

Hahaha, this is so true.
Mags the only tank that can do hit and run tactics. Vanguard is toast in seconds if u overextend from the zerg. It moves so slow that once certain damage treshold has been reached, you're dead. Mag can allways strafe around erratically to avoid shots. It's not drastically weaker than vannie either. Vannie shield is not something you want to trust on to save you, once it's used it's disactivated for a long time. And it doesn't block damage over certain treshold so if u have like 3-4 guys rocketing you, you're dead even with the shield on. It only lasts few seconds too. It might save you 1vs1 against a tank at close range though, but if a mag or prowler comes that close they're crazy. Last edited by Vashyo; 2013-01-02 at 01:35 PM. |

3=Worst Infantry weapons 1-TR 2-VS 1-NC (you have to know how to use them correctly. [burts fire and tap-firing]) Heavy weapon 1-TR 2-VS (remember Beta ) 3-NC (super suck) Heavy Tank 3-VS (top and rear armor SUCKS ASS compared to the other 2 and is way too easy to kill) 2-TR 2-NC Fighters (more skill dependent than the others) 1-VS (only because of the ability to stop immediately mid-flight) 2-TR 2- NC (can be a 1 if you get a decent pilot using it) MAXs 1-NC 1-TR (the mini-gun weapon [when dual] can do really big damage to hovering ESFs and swarms of infantry) 3-VS Sniper 1-NC 2-TR 3-VS Best players ?-VS ?-TR ?-NC (depends on the time of day outside of the game and which server you are playing on) |
