Personally, I don't get the Comissar hat. I think it's redonkulous - but I actually like it on that level.

Whatever they do for the NC or VS, it has to be FUN. Berets have been done and seems a bit meh.

I like the NC Space Biker idea someone said earlier - could be a great mix of hilareous, outlaw biker, & cool.... a range of bandanas & shades for NC would work.

VS could get neon head bands and a set of Dr Beats headphones ? [kidding]

Maybe super low-profile skull caps with custom logos ?
Maybe a skull cap that looks like a circuit board - sort of Borg-Brain "look" .....
