Epilogue: TheMormonManiac
Cheeky entered the Sanctuary. A white flag was supplied, but everyone was still surprised as hell at seeing a Terran walk in the Sanctuary. "Look, I'll talk to you later. I'll be at 5150 Independence Street, you know, right?" Aztec said to his brother. "Why do you have to leave?" "Are you Archangel/4D?" "What the hell?" "Don't ask then." Aztec brought Cheeky right before General Brigham Young. He wasn't busy at the moment. "Brigadier General! You made it!" "You have this elmo here to thank. He helped me get out." Cheeky smiled. He noticed the title on his desk: TheMormonManiac (it had yet to be changed). "TheMormonManiac. Nice to..." "Soldier. I've been promoted. I can no longer be referred to as that. I am General Brigham Young..." Aztec laughed, and told the whole story. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ About an hour later 5150 Independence Street, Victory Apartments #2-23 Aztec and his younger brother sat down. He had two younger brothers. This was the youngest. They sat in the living room, which was meager at best, but nice. "So you got drafted?" "They didn't even let me go through college. Straight to the colors." "Damn. They're really scraping the bottom of the barrel." "Frank hasn't been recruited yet. They might sign him on as a medic later, seeing as he's a doctor." "I don't know. I think his job is kind of important..." Black Widow came through the door. "Jesus! Aztec! What the hell happened?" "Whatever happened to 'hello?'" He reached over for a kiss. "I just got finished telling General Mormon, and I can't say it in front of him. We'll save it for later."

The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
