To get back to the oringal topic of this thread. Those girls will most likely not get in trouble for child pornography.
There are laws protecting "art". Porn=pictures focusing on the genitalia ( I think it has to be like 1/3 of the picture) or pictures depicting sexual acts. Art=all other nude photo's. Art=never illegal no matter what the age is. If it were, then ALL those pictures of naked babies would be illegal also.
