Omg.... Far Cry Demo Out!!!

The gameplay sucks. Really. It does. The rocket launchers are fun, but real old, real fast. OMA is running around screaming about it everyware......it sucks. Save your money for soldner or BF: VT.

nah its pretty cool how its 1 consistent island, it makes it pretty fun. still its a demo, and it will probably have minor fixes for the release. my one complaint is that grenades are way to weak. it doesnt kill anyone unless you're in the inferno of the explosion.

That and the graphics aren't as good as you guys said they were, I've got it at 1024x768 and it looks pretty average with everything turned up.

Well im dling the demo now. Gonna see what everyone here is talking about. Another 34 mins till downlaod is complete. I'll comback with an interesting analysists based on the game.

But for now my hypothesis:

I think it'll suck my nuts dry.
Only because i've never played far cry in my life and I don't want to get myself hyped up and find out I hate it.

Well I can't even get the god damn demo to work. Something to do with my ATI driver is fucking it up!

I hope ATI releases a fix soon for thier 4.1 catalyst.

What I do is get off that platform and take cover until the missels stop coming. You'll know they'll stop firing when the helicopters come in.
