If nothing else Hamma, you can probably stop worrying about people focusing too much on progressing themselves. One of the benefits of a skill system that isn't related to how or how often you play is that you can do whatever you want and not feel like you're slowing yourself down.

That's probably wouldn't work as well for PS2, but it was fucking brilliant for Space Marine.
