F2P games often have NDAs, I am in the World of Warplane closed beta and i can only say I'm part of it. So I think it will that type of NDA.

googles doesn't have an NDA and that's in beta :joke: now more seriously for an MMOFPS not having an NDA would be very beneficial because if they expect to fully populate their servers on launch then they need more advertisement

Should you choose to participate in the Beta testing, everything associated with this game testing will be considered confidential information, and you may not discuss it with anyone except other players through the PlanetSide 2 Beta game testing forum only.

either announced on Thursday by TB/T-ray/Higby for a download of the client on Thursday and the first play test during the week-end or announced during the interview Hamma + Higby this week-end to start playing on Monday next week

Unless they don't want dates or number of people in an event released, no point in a NDA. One of their philosophies have been to be completely open with the community as far as game mechanics and art and all that. Amount of footage we have seen is ridiculous.

Comic Con starts Thursday so beta might be announced there and then start Friday or Saturday. A lot of games start betas over the weekend.

RadarX's already stated there's going to be no Beta date announcement past what was already given.
