Post your Paintball gun, and *Sigh* markers

Autococker are a brand / type of paintball gun. Bud Orr designed them in the late 80's or maybe early 90's. I believe Glen Palmer had basicly the same idea but it was slightly different and it came out later. Palmer's was known as the Blazer and the 3-way and the Ram was internal if my memery is correct.

This is a type of Autococker�


Many of companies have versions of Bud Orr�s design. So a brand name gun now is some what become a class of gun. Some are better than others but the follow the basic design.

Now what is a E-blade or Race Frame? They are both an electronic add on for the gun so that it can be electronicly timed, tuned and fire at a higher rate. I don�t own an Autocock so am I forgetting anything guys?

btw, I bet the m16 look-alike there is based on the idea that you don't need to spam 10-20 bullets at a target if you're good, 50 if you suck. asuming the shots fly straight, 1 can be enough.

since you can see Paintballs in the air, you can aim by leading your target mostly. there is alot of spamming in paintball, thats because you can, and people want to make 100% sure they hit you, not take 1 shot, and hope it hits. more like empty 50 and if he comes up or goes down any time within the next 5 seconds he is done.

actually, they dont. only loser tippmann's that people use for scenario games do. no real paintball player ever uses sights.

E-blade is the trigger frame, you know where the trigger, grip, and basically where you hold the gun? that contains the trigger mechanics. e-blade is simply the best trigger frame you can buy (often $450 w/ install). you can make it shot slightly faster with add-ons (like QEVs) but you can only make it shoot so fast. the other important thing is to keep your shots clean, meaning getting a good vision on your gun (checks for ball breaks) and a good bolt, and LPR. with my superfly bolt (plastic, never needs to be oiled) and my soon-to-be LPR, my gun will be unstoppable. outside of its body design (which means nothing) it will be the best pb marker you can buy. excluding weight as a factor (not heavy, but not as like as the shocker 03).

I'd say the race frame is just as good as the E-blade....I love autocockers...primitive design, yes, but such nice guns
