They should keep the spine in the top, but make it more swept back and stand less high into the air. So the helmet isn't perfectly smooth/round. It will look fairly round from the front, but from the sides it will have the spine(s) (i assume there are several layered/scale like spines) pointing backwards.

I could photoshop the NCHA, bu imo he needs a lot more work than the VS model. I really dig the NC concept art though.

Is it just me, or do all the player models look..... long in the torso, I guess.

Just a little disproportioned or something. Anyway I like the helmet actually--looks samurai-ish

The devs need to look at this thread, I've liked every single photoshop re-touch that's been posted on here infinitely better than the version the Devs posted. That's not a good sign.

I would start by removing the dorsal fun in the helmet (see CViolet's edit).

Then make the shoulder pads a little larger.

Lastly, switch to a darker grey.

I honestly would imagine the VS HA is not done yet. I think they posted what they have for now. There is not much color at ALL on this and it just dosent feel finished to me. So I am having a little hope, that this is just the model in the making still.

The whole thing is lacking in VS pride by having no color. As most people have stated, something needs to be done with the helm. I think there could be more definition or detail to the chest, it seems too simple to be attached to a VS soldier.

Exactly what I'm always saying. Geometry is good on both NC and VS rexo, it's just the colors that make them look strange.
