Nope, the P67 chipset OC's just fine.

The only major difference between the Z68 and P67. Is the use of the onboard graphics within the CPU that the Z68 can use.

As far as GPU overclock. If you mean a video card like a 6870 you can overclock that and any other one on a P67, Z68, or any kind of mobo. None limit the GPU overclock.

Those boards Rbstr linked don't have the firewire port either.

Sorry...I don't OC my GPU through the MoBo...I use eVGA's Precision X for OCing the GPU when i do.
