PS 1 Free time has started.

It's really sad that they have not fufilled what I feel to be a promise why would you specify such a specific time and then not meet it

also , when calling the UK support line, it tells me the working hours for the pacific timezone, geuss what SOE, the UK is NOT in the usa.
maybe getting pro7 to do the eu support isnt so bad after all.

Apparently, I have a bajillion accounts with SOE and I was, in fact, using completely the wrong one.

i got over 100$ worth of ps1 subs in my payment history , so yeah borked sounds about right.

I have sub payments from aug 2003 to sept 2004 and still not been granted free time. I'm also in the UK if that makes any difference. Bit disappointing I hope they reactivate before the 1st!

SOE hands out free playtime and people still complain... you could reactivate your account yourself at any time. Worry about your 30 days later.

Well...yeh...but I think it's more that people can't access the free time...and are trying to find out why!

I can't ...and it would be a help to find out if it's "my fault" as it were or if it's that SOE underestimated how long it would take to credit the free time to everyone's account..

I don't think that's a complaint...just wondering...

Frankly I'd be more than happy to pay a months subs while waiting for beta...if the pops are as high as they sound...but don't want to do that if I get the 30 days credited to my account 20 seconds later.

Exactly this, I didn't mean to sound ungrateful and I would have subbed anyway for the 1st event, just wondering why we haven't got the free time yet or perhaps they missed some accounts out for some reason?

Did you ever pay a subscription at all for PS? If not you may not get an invite.

Regardless chat support should open this morning.. don't worry plenty of times to get in on some good fights. SOE isn't out to get you I'm sure there was just a mixup somewhere.
