It's propaganda though. Doesn't necessarily have to be politically correct (although getting close helps to promote the existing backstory the devs gave us). Especially if you're a tyrannical. It's the way in which this TR faction member is promoting his goals. The additional NC/VS propaganda can just debunk the exiting stuff said in the TR one here. It's all in good fun!

I dont know, but when a NC soldier made a rap song about the NC a lot of people from the TR and VS asked him to make one for their factions.

As I said in my first post, your lore is wrong and so are you. The TR is a dictatorship, the NC wants freedom aka a democracy over oppression aka a tyranny like the TR.
