I have a feeling that the Betta are organic timers, and beta will start when two of the three fish die, and the one who survives will give its faction a starting resource buff. But that's just me hoping anyway.

That would actually be pretty cool lol, the betta fish that they bought are in one small puddle off the coast of who knows where on one continent only making it hard to find them.

Need 24/7 fish webcam. I remember when I used to do homework with this hawk nest webcam that was setup on the east coast just running in the background. Was great because I could see the Sun come up several hours ahead of me while it was still dark. A useful warning.

BTW! I just fed them. Just want to note to the person saying the VS fish was hiding...Look at Pappa Smurf being all camera shy. They are definitely being more lively than the first day we got them.

Just wanted to pop in here and suggest this but what if the devs put in an aquarium in the biodomes and the color of the Bettas corresponded to either who controlled either the biodome it self or was dependent on who owns a number of control points on the map?
