The NC max

I belive that each faction's max has a special capability, for instace the TR MAX is able to stabalize its's self in the ground, to esentially become a turret. But my main question is what is the NC MAX's capabilities. Also haw do you get you stats underneath you post?

They NC MAXs special is a protective shield (which cannot be used while firing the Sparrow, Scattercannon, Falcon) that is activated by the "jump" button

Nah that might make it too powerful/useful, there would be no downside. I think it should simply last longer.

Well, think it should stay on while firing, but the shield runs down at the same rate. as is, doesnt last when getting shot.

it's a useful ability. it's the death of a pounder when you have a fully charged shield. get in his face, turn shield on, and laugh at him while he kills himself. when (if) he drains your shield finish him off.

you press the spacebar to activate the shield which slowly recharges. it's good to use for walking up towers when you don't know what's around the corner.

and it can soak 1 decimator, which is a big deal also.

I guess that on 56k it takes so long to turn on that it doesn't help at all.

umm i hate the shield ive had a full shield taken out by a Lancer shot mebe it was 2 but still my shield was gone and i was a goner but it is useful sometimes for while your reloading like u start firing and hit space then while ur reloading it covers u

i think the shield shuold stay on when u fire, but it is not like ne ones gonna listen to me.

How would you shoot through the shield? If we can't shoot in you can't shoot out. Common physics

The thing that scares me most is whem im sniping, and then a vanu max jumps into my face and my cuss my brains out...

It is a great ability. My favorite use of it is to cannonball into towers with shield on and run mode enabled. Very often you can get up past the cc with no armor damage and then work your way down splatting people or go up top and kill all the snipers!
