IRC Down, ETA inside

Tonight the IRC servers went down at around 9 PM. Hamma called Jim (our contact person) and he says they will be back up tomorrow.

There's no specific time known, but that they will be up tomorrow.

My first question would be:

"What's going on with my IRC server?"

My next question would be:

"Why in the $@#%$@#$ aren't telling me when you are doing maintenence or when the servers are down????"

You shouldn't have to call them and ask what's wrong. Obviously they knew something was wrong, because they were able to give you an ETA.
