Are they ever going to increse the maximum BR/CR? I think I read somewhere that they were in the distant future, but I'm not too sure...

When they do you will know. I kinda like the set limit though. This way you don't have someone who is a AA, AI, AV max/ Adv med. heacker/Reinforced/Infil/CE/Reaver/Lib/Gal/Mos/Tank/harraser/ams/Special Assualt/AntiVehicle/Heavy Assualt/Lightening/etc .... LFS filling up the chat window. Not to mention it makes someone specialize in one thing and to find a good squad to work with as a team. since the devs did intend for it to be a team game.

Although technically you're not going to have someone who driving a vanguard in an AA MAX with a thumper, sniper rifle, REK, BANK, Advanced medical thingy, CUD, Jackhammer and a MCG.
The fact that you can only do a couple things at once encourages teamwork as it is. Personally I don't mind the cert system but as far as forcing teamwork the limitation in what you can carry and do in certain armors already kind of encourages that.

this concept's a bit long winded, and sounds totally ignorant at first, but bear with me.
they need to give two cert points per level. at battle rank 20 you would have 46 (?) certs total. after they double the certs given, they need to double the cert costs of everything in the game. so far we're in a zero sum game with the same values being dedicated to a given cert, just with bigger numbers and me sounding like a total jackass. but here's where my idea stops sounding like horse feathers and shapes up. after doubling all the certs start tinkering with them. basalisk is currently 2 certs while the wraith is 2 as well. doubled they'd be 4 certs each, but why not knock the wraith down to 3 certs under the new system? translated and figuring for market conditions along with inflation, the wraith would cost 1.5 certs under the current system, while the basalisk would remain at it's 2 cert value. why IS a buggy the same cost as a tank? I really don't think the ability to wear reinforced armor counts. make the buggy 4 or 5 certs and the tanks 6 certs. that would be 2-2.5, and 3 respectively under the current system. pay just a hair more than a buggy and you get a tank, pay just a hair less and you get a basalisk.
