Canceling Account

I need to know if there is a web site or someplace that I can go to that will allow me to cancel my account. At the moment, my PS computer is broken (some retarded windows file got deleted) and I do not want to pay for a fucking game that I can't play. It might be awhile to I can fix it and I also want to buy new RAM so PS runs faster. So ordering it might take a few extra days. Please help me.
