RANT: You are not ghetto.

Everyone has seen them. Especially me. I go to a private school. A lot of people there are rich. And their idiot kids think they are ghetto. This post will be divided into 3 parts:

1: What is *really* a ghetto?

2: Sunnydale, Anywhere is NOT a ghetto.

3: In the real "ghetto", you wouldn't survive.

(in this post, the word *you* is directed at anyone who believes they are ghetto.

What is a ghetto?

Ghettos, historically, are walled parts of the city where **** were forced to live during the Middle Ages.

Slums, projects, whatever, I mean you could say that, but "ghetto" is way off.

Notice that "ghetto" is a NOUN. A person cannot be ghetto, a person cannot be suburb, a perso cannot be town, etc.

But for the sake of the argument, we will use the fake definition used by the idiots in my school.

Sunnydale, Anywhere is NOT a ghetto.

75% of the people in my school hail from south Miami. This includes upscale Coral ******, Dadeland, Sweetwater, etc. NONE OF THESE ARE "GHETTOS".

The only areas I would consider remotely being a "ghetto" is the North-East area (Carol City, Liberty City, etc.). NOBODY from my school is from there, I have checked the directory. But, people still are ghetto. Morons.

The fact is, most towns are not ghettos. Don't try to paint it like that.

The fact is, gang warfare, crime, is not cool. I wouldn't understand why you like it. But fine. Let's say you do.

The place is tough. Hardships abound. Poverty, violence, vengeance, etc. It's like stepping into Mogadishu. Gang Q just killed one of your members. Your gang, Insert Gang Here, decides to retaliate. You and your *homiez* go into a corner, *9s* at the ready. Six guys come around with AKs. You are fucked.

You (in this case meaning the idiots at my school) are sheletered kids living in upscale houses where crime is low. In the ghetto, you would be destroyed.

St, auggie (augustine) florida. the westside is a ghetto. the people on the ocean (like me) certainly aren'r ghetto. we're surf bums. but the waves sucked recently so ive been on the comp all day for a while
