Ignore them and focus on your career. Women seem to like when you ignore them, makes them more and more interested in them. The worst thing to do is focus all of your attention on them, this gets them bored because they think they've seen all there is to see. And women dig power and money. Often times they confuse their physical attraction with their lust for money. What does this make the majority of women? Whores.
