processor problem

Evertime i press 'training' or 'play' i get the error 'your machine is set to allow processor speed changing in its power scheme.
Please go into your Control Panel Power Management and set it to stay 'always on' while running planetside.

first i didnt find that CPPM, but then i found in the directory of planetside, a file called platformstats and in there there was

Battery Power Scheme : needs to be set to always on (i changed that to always on)
but it still didnt work, i would appreciate if someone could help with this, because i cant find the issue

Go to your Start button. Then Settings. Next Control Panel. Go to Power Options. In there is a tab called Power Schemes. Lastly click on the drop down menu and highlight Always On.

ok but everything on my pc is in dutch, im just having the problem that i dont know what control panel is? (could u describe or maybe u are dutch )

is control panel my configurationscreen?
or...am i completely wrong :s

Ga naar uw knoop van het Begin. Dan Montages. Het volgende Comit� van
de Controle. Ga naar de Opties van de Macht. In is er een lusje
genoemd de Regelingen van de Macht. Klik ten slotte altijd op de
daling onderaan menu en hoogtepunt.
