4th and 5th empires

on the ps discussion forums i heard an idea for vs creating ai that backfires on them and becomes the fourth empire

sounds like a great empire

also i think an empire that breaks away from nc that's even more radical than nc could arrise, they'd have no sanc, but secret outposts on each cont. and a space station from which they can orbital drop into auraxis on and they'd be anti-imprerialists whose main goal would be to disrupt the empires by forcing structures to go nuetral. and keeping hacks from coming

heres an example of what i'm talking about:

nuetral fighter's force a fac. nuetral, guard that fac. cc, fill the ntu, gain xp for each minute it's nuetral, and if nc, tr, or vs were to hack then they could undo the hack, but if nc, tr, or vs cap they'd have to make the fac. nuet again,
