not really, but try it out for yourself. It a lot easier to get 5k caps when soloing, and you also get a lot more when doign solo ant runs ( I think around 2,000 XP for a full base fill as opposed to a few hundred when squaded). I think its kind of stupid that they do this. In the manual, it says XP doesn't get divided, but it clearly does.

Just so you know... the exp for a max is not reflected because its a max...
The XP works on how long the person you killed has been alive since last death, naturally MAX's have more armour and as such usually last longer than a grunt, hence why they seem to yield more exp per kill...

Very true. The time of life span is from 0 seconds to 5 minutes. When a player spawns, they slowly become worth more and more XP untill their five minute marker. A reinforced alive for 5 minutes will get you something like 160xp, while a MAX can get 300+.
