TR AA Burster MAX

I just got it last night and I love it. My record is 12 aircraft before I die. 9 Reavers, 2 skeeters, and 1 Gal. It's pretty decent on vehicles too. ONE thing wrong with it. If an enemy gets close to you, he could knife you to death beouse it sucks against infantry at CLOSE range. Medium to Long range it's ok. My point is, how many of you have tried it, and how many of you like it?

I highly doubt someone could knife you to death in a MAX. For one thing, knives don't do any damage for a long time against MAX's, it takes a VERY high number of swings to do it (Like how the Beamer's primary fire doesnt do damage to MAX's).

In a Burster MAX, I could unload a whole clip at somebody 2 feet in front of me and not scratch them. The Burster MAX is NO good against short range infantry, everything else it's pretty good at. Put it this way. A cloaker with a Beamer could take me out with full health if he was standing right in front of me. Seriously.

Yeah in a Burster you just have to go into run mode if infantry gets on you. I love this MAX, but like the Dual Cycler better. You really can bring down aircraft extremely fast when locked down

Burster Max is my favorite max armor right now. I used to do the pounder thing but that turned out to be a grief magnet for me no matter how careful i was with it. Not only do I use it to bring down aircraft (duh) but also when attacking a base. I find it cool that I can hit defenders on the walls with the flak bursts. Last night i was almost down to 50% armor against a guy with suppressor lol It does suck at close range.

I love the Burster MAX. Like you said it doesn't do anything against infantry up close, but against aircraft it is my favorite AA MAX.

I once had a NC Cloaker jump me while I was sitting on a wall. He ran out of ammo dancing around me and then proceeded to try and knife me to death. The knife did absolutely nothing against me and I couldn't hurt him. We sat there for two minutes facing each other trading blows (actually it was more like tickling each other). Once we were tired of staring at each other we both called it a draw and went seperate ways.

It has great range, and the extra zoom is an added plus.

It still can't reach a vehicle at max altitude. That's what I mean. An AA MAX should be able to hit the whole sky above it.
