anyone else taken an interest to this game? finally out of the land of vaporware, it's pretty cliched with a typical fight-the-evil-bad-guys storyline and some of the races, but you can play things like dragons and bugs and goblins. (although they butchered it pretty badly by removing the whole, "race wars" ideas. there's a possibility there might not be any pvp at all.) although it probably won't be a super smash blockbuster, it looks like it might be an enjoyable little game.

I was reading the FAQ a bit and it didn't say if it was pay to play or not but they did say that the servers could hold up to 5k people so I'm guessing yes.

Yes it will cost money... And someone I know is in the beta and I watch quite a bit... It is quite incredible... Just as long as you really dig crafting... Since the world revolves around crafting... You band together to craft towns.

One important thing, there is NO PVP! This is a very good thing for me, it means they spent their time working on content and not making everything PvP happy for the 3-5% of people that do the PvP thing. But you should know there is no pvp before getting into the game.

well, if you think about it, angels? that's getting a bit too epic

i mean, it's an angel, how could they create it? they're by nature immortal, and any story they make to make them mortal ingame would seem very cheap

it wouldn't seem right if angels weren't all powerful beings
