Chuys in Austin.

Best Mexican joint in all of Texas and well worth the 2 hour drive.

Second, would be a local place called El Paso.

Obviously, I am a huge fan of Mexican food.

Oh man, you guys have to get out of the corperate resteraunt mindset. Corperate resteraunts will never be anywhere near star worthy.

I like going to smaller restaraunts that have a good chef who is doing something interesting and creative with his menu. The type of place where the menu will change from week to week. I am a big fan of multi-course meals (especially the cheese course).
