Cant sleep

Other than trying to stay up rly late whats your strats on gettting to sleep. I have been working nightshift for 6 months and my body has yet to adjust all the way. I currently crash at 3:30 or 4 and wake up at 7. So my sleep clock is working its way back but tomarrow morning I go back to day shift. Bastards of the internal clock.

No Hamma is right. But the problem lays in that I usally get 2 - 4 hours of sleep a night with one night getting a full 8. Eventually everyones batterys die out. Mine are right now but I CANT SLEEP. And I have to go back to work.

Lie in bed resting at least, eventually you will fall asleep.

Then, drink like 6 or 7 bawls when you get up to go to work.
