Starting Squads

I need help. When I join a squad, the commander has waypoints set, markings on the map, text over bases saying what to do. But when I create squads, I can�t do any of that. What do I need to do to do that? + Any help on squads (anything) would been help full. My battle rank in 8 and command rank in 0.

You need to gain some CR dude...(Command Rank) Then you can set your waypoints..

CR1 - lay waypoints
cr2 - access CUD reveal friendlies on map
cr3 - EMP, Battleplans
cr4 - reveal enemys, and a limited orbital strike
cr5 - global and cont chat, larger orbital strike, larger feild of revealing enemys

CR 1 you can place WP's on the map.
CR 3 you can draw on the map. write on the map. and do other stuff.
