Ok, I tracked down the site that gives me adware, and I know what it gives me. There is one problem though...I frequently visit the site. Is there a way to block the adware or something so I don't have to remove it every time i visit the site?

I don't think a popup blocker would block that and I do have Norton AV.
And the site doesn't matter (No its not porn, freaks) Edit: Vendor:Tracking Cookie Category: Data Miner Object Type:File Size:94 Bytes Location:c:\...\*********\cookies\*******@doublecl ick[1].txt Last Activity:2-1-2004 5:00:00 AM Risk LevelLow Comment: Description:This cookie is known to collect information that may be used either for targeted advertising, or tracking users across a particular website, such as page views or ad click-thrus. Those are just 2 of them, I usually get 7 altogether. Last edited by dscytherulez; 2004-02-01 at 02:45 PM. |
