Basilisk Rocklets

I was thinkin what if the basiliks carried rocklets instead of the 12mm's, or maybe in addition to them? If it had the secondary fire mode it would be able to make high speed passes on vehicles and groups of infantry. In squads it could become a bit powerful though. Maybe they could make it so the reload time was long enough that it would give bigger vehicles time to take them out due to there low armor value. I think it would need a lot of fine tuning but it would be cool to see biker gangs reunnig around harrasing larger troops and vehicle concentrations.

Or they could make the two 12 mm fire at the same time.

Bad idea but the 12mm's firing at the same time would be nice. Along with the Prowler.

It'll be fun to have Basilisk rockets, but it's not meant to be a heavy weapons platform, and it should probably stay that way.

Bassilisk*/Wraith = Quick and fun way (drive off oshur hills and see what I'm talking about) with minimal defensive* armaments* thats all it needs in my opinion.

The basi is not meant to have heavy weapons, and it would be quite hard to spam infantry with rockets on even ground. It's easy with reavers because they can spam all around, but with that, youd need to get pretty close to hit the ground directly underneath the person, or youd have to use direct fire.

The dual 12mm's really should fire at the same time. Rocklets would definitely overpower such a fast and small and cheap vehicle.

When you depress the fire button and hold it the two guns take turns firing one bullet each. It's always been this way. It's kind of strange. If one of the guns was taken out of the equation it'd be the slowest firing machine gun I've ever seen.

The game needs LAW rockets.

Most if not all ground vehicles should be given a single rocket to fire that can be used as dumfire, camera guided, OR radar lockon. It would do a wee bit more damage than a Deci, and there would be nothing you could do (short of going to a veh term to get another ride) to reload it. This rocket could not be fired while moving.

nah the game has enough rockets as it is.

Play a MAX for a bit and you'll see. I've been wayyy far away from an enemy base before.. just hopin to take out aircraft, but I can never seem to escape all the camera guided rockets that hit me behind my rock.. arg
