Canada wouldn't win. At this point in time, nobody can beat the USA in a war, not even the Chinese.

A war with China would be impossible for the US to truly win, but they couldn't be beaten. US would win against Canada, but it would take awhile.

China has a big army. By big I mean colossal, by "do not piss them off" size. However, their air force and navy is crap. Just keep them out and everything should be fine.

But let's say they invade California. Either:

A: Unleash the Governator, war's over in a week
B: Naval/Air blockade, let them die off as the Army stops them
