The Lucky 7 Chronicles

Being inspired by Red vs Blue, Sentrosi and myself, Fryon Orde, of the Dragon Wolves have started to work on our own series along similar lines. The object of this post is to announce to everyone the begining of this hopefully long-lasting project. Saying that, the Lucky 7 of the Terran Republic Army are born.

As I said, I am making this post to announce the arrival of this series, but also in hopes to gain support and participation from the planetside community. Between the Planetside official forums and the Planetside Universe website, We hope to generate interest in our project and have you guy and gals start to get involved in the creation of the Lucky 7 episodes. We, of course, will be creating all of the episodes with the help of the voice talents, but ideas for future operations, screw ups, settings or situations could definitly be used down the road. You can e-mail any such comments to the contact info at the bottom of this post.

As a general introduction of the charactors, they all have their own little
quirks... some that will be obvious right off the bat and some to be revealed later in the series. Here is the breakdown of the unit though:

Jonesey - The leader of the Lucky 7. He is totally oblivious to his own squads incompetence
and has complete and utter confidence in their abilities.

Cooper - The second in command to Jonesey. This guy is a general kiss ass who thinks every
idea from Jonesey is better than the last.

Lewie - The straight man of the group.. this guy knows why the squad never succeeds but is
powerless to do anything what-so-ever about it.

Vasquez - Our resident gung-ho redneck.

Chi - Scout / Recon infiltrator of the Lucky 7. Asian agility and Terran Republic training
make him an extremely effective addition to the squad.

Brian - The Medical officer.

Green - The new recruit to the group.

This being our first time ever attempting something like this, the completion of the Lucky 7 introduction will not be done for at least another week. That's a blessing and a curse though: A blessing because it gives us time to gather ideas and support from you guys, the community and a curse because I'm itching to show our ideas to you. Right now, please only try to contact us about the series through the e-mail at the bottom of this post.. between actually playing, real life and working on this project it will be a lot easier and manageable for us.

Just want to add also that all the main character voice talents have been selected. Extras will be needed during this series though, so we'll keep you all in mind.
