Concept for BR21 and CR6

Ok, i have heard alot of people getting pissed off with cr5's, am one too, just recentley in the Emerald NC sanc some CR5 *** was having a war proteset in the center of the sanc, he was broadcasting all of the sanc telling people destroy all their vehicles
here is the plan
cr1-same
cr2-same
cr3-same
cr4-same
cr5-remove global/continental wide chat
cr6-global/continental chat
-place wp for empire
to get cr6 you would need to lead your SQUAD to 1000 base hacks(not including hacks from cr1-cr4) and 5000 tower hacks and the squad would need to have 100000 exp. Thats when the commander/commanders get CR6

BR21-to get this you need to accquire 150000 exp or hack 10000 towers or hack 250 facilities or 30000 kills. Now the reward is very great you get to choose 2 certifications no matter how many cert points it requires, and you get 2 more implant slots

I have a better idea. Have a vote. Give the global/continent all abilitys to those who win the nomination. And everytime Someone gets CR5 the empire gets a little message and votes yes or no or dont know the person. Just a thought

I'm not saying your idea is bad or not but I'd like to see what the devs have planned for commanders before tinkering with extra CRs.

As for the extra BR rank.... ouch that's a lot of PS playtime. I would have thought just one free cert would do (or 3/4 cert points for BR21 as opposed to just 1).

10000 tower caps? That's a lot for as long as I've played I don't even have 1000 yet.

Can't really do that. An outfit I use to be in (Ht) had at one point around 17 CR5's, which was more than any other outfit on nc markov. Votes could easily be dominated by people that simply just have more CR5's in their outfit or more people in their outfit. Besides, voting to allow someone to use abilities just affords too many opportunities for griefing.

The only problem that I really see with this is that two CR5's on opposing empires could just continually hack back and forward a tower to get their needed tower caps. Although base hacks are a different story I guess.

I don't think further br enhancements should include the ability to have more implants. I think 3 keeps it so you have to compromise on something, but you still get what you need.

Im all for it except BR21 isnt a very round number

and CR6s should get a special hat or something.

but the thing about CR6 and BR21 is they are like an extra for a very dedicated commander/infantry most people wouldnt get it, but it is something for cr5's and br20's to aim for, but who wouldnt want 2 more implant slots and the ability to get 2 certifications NOT certification points
and CR6 can get one of those hats that the brirtish guard gets
