nah. we can make them human-controlled, or a really well-written AI. AI cant really revolt or anything unless its so complex it can think and understand anything a human can.

If they did have a type of Robocop it would probably have tank treads and have heavy weaponry (machine guns/Gatling guns) and anti-riot capabilities (Beanbag guns tear gas canisters and would probably human controlled (Like the UAVs)
