Voice Commands: What should they say?
1) "GO!" 2) "Stop!" 3) "Roger!" 4) "Negative!" 5) "Cover me!" 6) "Frag Out" 7) "Whats your status?" The usual, can you think of anything anything other than the usual, maybe something that is planetside oriented. Other than the "[UNIT] Spotted" (BF1942), And the "Requesting [UNIT] support to [COORDINATES] (Operation Flashpoint)" 8) "I'm reloading" (Bindable as well as automatically played when out of ammo) 9) "Grenade!" (to warn your squad) 10) "We need reinforcements"/"We're Being over-run (in your darkest hour) I'll post more as I think of them... Suggestions?! |

I still think Tribes and Tribes 2 had the best voice menus. Once you got used to them and how they worked you could easily command an entire unit. Hell even in pub games it wasn't to difficult to get some team work going if a few people knew the voice commands.
And Nubi, VNC works the same as VVH in that if I say VNC, and you say VCA (Command Ackowledged) it will waypoint you to me just like VVH would. (<-- hope that made sence) |
