Site Layouts

Is anyone here any good at doing website layouts? This was brought up a few months back and nobody seemed to be interested. I would like to do a new design for PSU but we dont have the funds to do some kind of professional site. If anyone here does this for a living, or does it on the side and is good at it please drop me a PM with some of your work, etc.

I'd like to see an eXo webby. Would be uber stylish I imagine.
