I wanna get it for my italian grandmother because she hates stuff like The Godfather and The Sopranos because she thinks its an embarrassment to italians.

The Soprano's and The Godfather aren't exactly the truth, but they're a lot closer than you'd think.

I get choked up when I watch the Godfather movies because in all seriousness, it's a little too familiar to me. Not the killing everyone bit, but just the family relations and the celebrations and the way everyone acts. Martyr got a little creeped out when he watched it with me.

My mom doesn't like us to joke about the mafia. My second cousin, her first, was shot and killed, his body dumped in his father's field. That was in Sicily though, no "Soprano's" action for me.

I know the Godfather can be pretty accurate I guess. my family has had some problems with the mob back in the 50s I believe, those of which Im not at the liberty to discuss.

Ever see a family get to together on the Sopranos? Thats essentially my family. Im not kidding at all.

I'd say that's a lot like my family, but my family is a little too fresh off the boat for that. My family get together's are more like,

"AAAAAIIIIIIINNNNNNCHHHHH, you wanna some bread?"

They've been here 45 years and they still can't get that accent worked out
