Here, do this. Click Start, and go up to "Run...". Type "DxDiag" into the box that appears. This will bring up a big window with lots of tabs on it. All you need to do is click on the "Save all Information" button at the bottom of the window. Save it somewhere where you can easily find it, like the desktop. Open the file (Should be labeled "DxDiag") and right click on the document, and pick "Select All". Use Edit -> Copy, and then Paste it all into a post here. Don't worry if it won't all fit, all we really need is the stuff up at the top of the file.
With that information, we should be able get a start on figuring out what's wrong with your machine. Last edited by Electrofreak; 2004-10-13 at 03:17 AM. |

atleast 256 more, preferable 700some mb's. 256 is a bre minium for PS you should have atleast 512 is not 1024.
also I don't see anything about yout video card, got to you decktop properties, and then settings and click advanced. Then there sould be somethign like display adapter or the name of your video card as one of the options, You may have intergrated graphics and that is bad. overall you probalby want to look into a new system soon also none of thse stuff there can be used maliciously by any of us.
