Ok at 12PM Eastern Half Life 2 will be unlocked and we can all play to our little hearts content. But a word to the wise, if you have already pre-dowloaded it please make sure you have all of it downloaded. There are literally A TON of Phases in this Pre-load and you really need to download them before the game comes out tonight or else you will be screwed because Steam will be pounded harder than [insert random Mom joke from Dharkbayne]. Just to remind you all, anyway cant wait for it! Its like Halo 2 midnight madness all over again except I get to sit on my ass.

I don't know if you realize this, but Carmack is a shapeshifter, and a ghost in the shell. I think that he is to bame for Valve's troubles, and not even Gabe Newell's perchent for interfacing with the Valve systems TRON-style can save him from the obvious implications of Carmack's glowy green techno-plauge.
