Are you allowed to use GMAIL like this or if they find out will they take away your e-mail?

all it does is send an email with an attachment to your account and allow you to view it like a file on your computer. You can drag stuff in and out. Only problem is the file has to be under 10mb wich is the max size for attachments on gmail.

Any clue how to change the e-mail address you signed up with I wanted to make an e-mail just for this but I signed up with another nad have already tried reinstall.
