Is it just me, or does this seem like a bit of an over reaction for a "Breaking News Alart". I mean it's just common sence that a Fedral Judge would concider a man that is accused of 13 murders in 5 States, and the District of Columbia a flight risk, and order him held without bail.

This is not important enough to warrat a Breaking News Alert. Now if a judge had released him, or set bail real low, it would qualify, but come on. SNIPER SUSPECT STILL IN JAIL is not news.

I love CNN for their Science, and Tech news but they really misshandle most of their other stories.
