Cert changing

The whole 24hr w8 for forgetting a cert is dumb I think. I wish it was just 12 or something around that.

been discussed before. We can't have a really short cert wait so that anyone can change to whatever is convienient, but it can't be around 12 hours to preserve the idea of specialization--otherwise you can be something one day, and something else the next.

I think once week(?) or maybe a month(?) you should have an option to wipe all your certs

that might be in affect already, once a month. At least i think it was back when i played.

No you can't wipe all your certs, the devs simply do it for you sometimes when they change the cost of something.

yeah, since I started playing around xmas 04 theres been two patches that redid some cert costs, in which case all my certs were wiped

There's been a total of 3 or 4 cert wipes. I don't really mind the timer, because I found the stuff I like and play that on my main and then switch some certs around for merrits. Then I made an alt and get the other stuff on him that I want to try and see if I like it or not.

i think that you should have the option to wipe out all your certs, but it depends what BR you are. If your BR5, it takes 5 days to reset your certs, if your BR10, it takes 15 days to reset, if your BR20, it takes 25 days to reset, and if your BR23 it takes 30 days to reset

That's a good idea I suppose. Just have the number of certs available to the person and add 5 days to it.
