Because everybody calls it micro torrent and/or has that symbol on their keyboard.

Indeed, though it is slightly more complicated because it has more features then most torrent programs.

How many of those features do you actually use?

I dunno about everybody else, but I just use my torrent client for downloading torrents. Not to mention, ***181;Torrent () doesn't cripple my computer or my internet connection, and I can use it alongside various other things if I need to.

EDIT: Just to please Jaged, I'll start typing ***181;Torrent from now on.

It's not a 'u' it's a 'mu' (pronounced mew) it looks like this ***181;

It's used as an abreviation to mean micro: micrometers are abreviated ***181;m
