So today I went to subscribe to the gym... holy snapping crap, I didn't expect this at all!
First I must say, it's a very good gym, very strict rules so you don't have a 300 pound he man looking at you like your a moron... most of the people there are run of the mills folks. That's mostly why I chose to go there. I filled out the papers and the paid with my credit card... and holy shit... 862$ of administration fees, 40$ a month. I took a 4 month program... the admin fees are standard (split into two equal payments (431$), 3 months away) but you can pay alot less with a year long plan... thing is... I'm not staying a year in my region. Now I have my own trainer for an hour each week, he also evaluates and makes a program as well as a diet for me but my god when I saw the bill I gasped! Anything to get in shape I guess...

I use to go to 24 hour fitness. They are pretty cheap, and all their equipment is made by nautilus. I payed 20 bucks a month, and could go whenever I wanted, hence the name 24 hour fitness. I cancelled that and got a bowflex though. Much easier, faster, and I dont have to wait to do some of the more popular machines. If you have a little extra cash(just to let you know, the Bowflex costs less than the administration fees you payed), I would highly recommend getting one. You'll love it.

Meh well! Too late now! I'll see if I get results! I also have access to every class/seminar etc. that they do on top of having my own trainer. So if I wanna go and do strip-areobics. I can go... but it wouldn't be for me!
Also, my trainer is an ex-military man. They asked me what I wanted to train for and when I told him they automaticly gave me that trainer. Also, their gyms are used by the recruitement center to test candidates.
