The flamethrower guy is in the teaser, at the very end, and I'm pretty sure the medic is the doctor guy who pulls the glove on.

It's been delayed. So they can release it along with the xbox 360 and PS3 versions. Fucking gay! I hate this episodic shit and I hate it when PC games go multi platform.
